The AI workshop for teams is a working session, not a hype deck: your actual workflows on the table, sorted into 'automate with a human gate', 'assist a human', and 'leave alone' — with costs, risks and the honest 'not worth it' pile written down. Participants leave having built one small thing end-to-end (an approved prompt workflow, a draft assistant wired to your own docs, or an event-tracked process), plus a prioritized backlog and guardrail rules your team can enforce. Bilingual teams run in the working language of the room, and materials are delivered in EN/ES. We bring no product to sell — the deliverable is capability.
