Colombia care plan
Colombia care plan is the same discipline priced in COP for the Colombian market: monthly hours for maintenance and small changes, patch and backup cadence, a health note you can read, and the portal record where hours vs allowance stay visible. Being local matters operationally — response windows in Colombia time, communication in Spanish, and payment in the currency and rails your business actually uses. Response targets and confirmed allowances appear only after they are confirmed (NULL until then — we don't publish numbers nobody agreed). Reports claim only logged work; anything outside the pool is a written change order, same as everywhere else in the studio.
