Essential care (U.S.)
Essential care (U.S.) is the standing monthly pool for sites that need steady hands, not emergencies on tap: a defined number of hours for updates, small changes and fixes; platform and security patch cadence; backup verification; and a monthly health note. It is priced in USD for U.S. clients, tied to the care-plan record in the portal where you see hours used vs allowance — flagged only when a confirmed allowance is exceeded. Response targets are stated only once confirmed (we don't print SLAs we haven't agreed). Work beyond the pool becomes a small written change order; emergency claims without logs are something we simply don't do.
