Qvicom / FAQ
FAQ
Studio answers on quotes, files, payments and bilingual work. The guide button in the footer searches this same base; it is not an external model inventing policy.
Where is Qvicom based?
Two offices: Ak 15 #98-42, Suite 513, Bogotá, and 1140 South Miami Avenue, Miami, FL 33130. Delivery is remote-first across U.S. time zones, with on-site availability in both cities. The Miami ZIP is taken from the 2026 quotation and invoice templates; you can edit it in Branding if the suite number on the door differs.
How does a project start?
A free 30-minute consult, then a written fixed quote within 48 hours. Work is scheduled when the 40% deposit arrives. You approve design in writing before the 30% milestone, and final files release on the last 30%.
Which languages do you deliver in?
English and Spanish, on every service. Bilingual production is a scope line — on the rate card, a bilingual version of an asset is typically +35% in the U.S. card and +30% in the Colombia card — not a free extra discovered at the end.
How do payments work?
United States: USD via PayPal to info@qvicom.io. Colombia: COP, plus VAT at 19% unless a line says otherwise, by transfer or supported gateways (Wompi, PayU, ePayco) and PayPal where it fits. The website never treats a browser message as proof of payment. An invoice is marked paid only after verification.
Do you use unofficial social automation?
No. Publishing to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube or Pinterest will use official APIs when that patch is installed and accounts are connected with OAuth. Until then, the desk does not claim a post was published.
Is the studio guide a live AI model?
Not in this build. It searches the studio’s own questions and pages. Settings can hold an API key later; keys are never placed in front-end code. If a provider is not configured, the interface says so.
Do you work with clients outside Miami and Bogotá?
Yes. The studios in Miami and Bogotá cover U.S. Eastern and Colombian working hours; we also run projects with clients in LATAM, the EU and Canada as long as the overlap works for weekly calls.
How long does a typical branding and website project take?
Most engagements run 5–8 weeks from deposit to launch. Stores and complex CRMs add time; simple landing pages can ship faster. The timeline is written into the quotation, not guessed.
