Consulting is Qvicom selling judgment by the hour when the problem doesn't yet deserve a project: platform choice, build-vs-buy, a second opinion on someone else's proposal, taxonomy before a restructure, or the meeting where someone needs to hear 'that won't work because…'. We come prepared or not at all — pre-reads, questions, and a written recap with decisions and owners afterwards, in your language. Consulting is explicitly hourly and open-ended (the one place we don't fixed-quote), because pretending to know the shape of an unknown problem is how fixed quotes get a bad name.
