Webmaster
The webmaster service is your site's standing appointment: someone accountable for uptime, updates, small changes and the annoying problems nobody owns when there is no webmaster. Qvicom's webmaster scope covers platform and CMS updates, security patches, certificate and DNS chores, broken-link and form monitoring, content edits within an agreed monthly hour pool, and a monthly health note (what changed, what needs a decision). It is deliberately distinct from marketing: this keeps the site healthy and current; it does not promise leads. Hours beyond the pool become a small written change order — same rules as every project.
